A focused and impactful session on Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and booth management was conducted for BJP karyakartas of Basavanagudi Assembly Constituency, where I had the opportunity to address the gathering and share key insights on strengthening grassroots organization. The program was held in the presence of District President C K Ramamurthy and MLA Ravi Subramanya.
During my address, I emphasized the importance of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in maintaining accurate and updated voter lists. The session focused on identifying eligible voters, rectifying discrepancies, and ensuring that every voter is effectively reached at the booth level.
Detailed guidance was provided on booth management, including building strong booth committees, maintaining systematic records, and improving coordination among karyakartas. I highlighted the critical role of booth-level workers as the backbone of the organization and encouraged them to take complete ownership of their respective booths.
The need for discipline, teamwork, and consistent follow-up was stressed as essential factors for electoral success. The interactive session also enabled karyakartas to share their ground-level experiences and clarify their queries.
Overall, the session reinforced our collective commitment to strengthening the organization at the grassroots level and ensuring preparedness for upcoming electoral challenges.
